Bio

Samantha Hunt focuses her practice on commercial and real estate litigation and corporate transactional matters. Samantha received her Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude and received a Certificate of Concentration in Intellectual Property. During her time in law school, Samantha was an executive board member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society and a member of the Richmond Law & Business Forum and Intellectual Property Association. Samantha dedicated her legal studies to the practice of business law, serving twice as a law clerk to the Federal Trade Commission Bureau of Competition, externing with in-house counsel at Dominion Energy, and working as a student attorney in the University of Richmond Intellectual Property and Transactional Law Clinic, where she successfully registered trademarks for small businesses and non-profits. Prior to law school, Samantha received her Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University, where she also completed a Certificate in Economics of Business and Law and minored in both Business and the Legal Environment of Business. Samantha utilizes her background in business and economics to advise and advocate for clients in their legal proceedings.
